I have had these for a couple years now. Very simple to assemble. They have an on/off switch if you only want them on at certain times. Otherwise they turn on at dark and off in the morning. They produce a nice and bright (enough) simulated flame that looks great and adds ambiance. (My neighbors addmitted to me they had a long debate as to weather or not the flames were real.) The height is only about two feet but you can place them higher with some innovation. I have mine placed in the top of the posts of my PVC fence. Makes for a nice fence outline. I bought 4 two years ago, and 2 are still going. That's pretty good longevity for outdoor solar lights, so I just bought a 4 pack to replace the 2, and used the two extra to add to the fence lighting. The bad? Nit picking, but here you go: First they don't come on dusk to dawn. They only turn on when it is actually dark. It would be nice if they came on a bit earlier for early evening parties and what not. The only other thing I notice is that birds love to land on these as they are high enough and flat enough to be a tempting landing spot. Then they poop on them, which will eventually cover the solar panels. So every couple months or so I have to add torch cleaning to my yard work. Not a big problem but there it is. Over all I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend. them.

These torches are so realistic! I absolutely love them! I do wish the stakes were longer by a foot or two. Can’t talk about longevity since we just got them last week. We haven’t set them out in the yard yet so don’t really know about the brightness either just yet. We set one up just to see how it looks. Colorado is still getting snow, so it will be a couple of months before we can put them all out in the yard.

These are some great solar lights. I originally purchased these same lights from a different reseller. These are the same but they were nearly 20 dollars cheaper for a pack of 4 so it was a no brainer.These are simple to put together, a few plastic tubes and a plastic stake. You can turn them on and off with a button, but they only activate if the environment is dark enough for them to kick on. We've had our others for about 6 months and they haven't lost their luster so we're expecting the same from these.They do not get full sun in the location we put them, but they still stay bright for a few hours. The lights themselves aren't very bright and shouldn't really be used to actually light up an area, they are only really accent lighting. They do not last all night, either.Beautiful decorative lights for sure.

**UPDATE**Almost half a year and these torches still look pretty good. brightness consistent as well. Stay lit longer than I thought they would. Watched for a bit to try to find a pattern and was impressed. I kind of have a good idea about what time they would come on as early evening begins, and I would sometimes get a kick out of hovering my hand above the top of the torch and watch them "magically" light up. If you have kids, I'm sure that they would as well. I do turn them off from time to time and let them fully recharge, but that might just be me.Oh yeah, I have mine placed near the edge of stacked stone. I didn't use the full length so they're only about a foot off the ground which adds a really nice glow to the ground as well as The stone. I get lots of compliments some people walking by in the neighborhood. Highly recommend these. I've already purchased two more sets since then LOL.

The media could not be loaded.  Great product! Really easy to set up. The flame looks very realistic. It has stayed lit for several hours each night after charging during the day. At least 4 hours because they are still going when we are going to bed. Gives such a nice glow to our yard! I have really liked them near the fence to give a glow around the yard and it looks very realistic and warm at distance and up close. I highly recommend them. Very good quality so far. You can also get extra pieces to make them tall torches. I’ve seen some cheap ones at friends houses, but these are high quality and quite stylish. I highly recommend them.

I am so happy with the final product and the presentation. It used to be so dark in front of my house but now with these 4 LED lights, I can see my flowers and whoever gets close to my house.The ground at my front garden is a bit hard so I used a hammer to pin down the base of the light and put the extension after the base is installed. All four lights took me at most 10 minutes to install so pretty easy. After a week of using these lights, I asked my mom how she liked them. My mom is pretty satisfied with them. I am going to buy these lights again once my backyard is ready for use.

These are awesome! Purchased them twice for gifts. However the ones that are only about a year old have suddenly stopped working, they weren't bumped or run over or anything - they just quit. UNTIL....they were flipped upside down - verrry strange. I must have been out in the driveway that night for ten minutes just flipping it right side up-to upside down. And they ONLY light up when they are upside down! Hoped it was a fluke thing, but 3 of them are doing it! Disappointed but they were awesome for a year!
