These chairs are very well made. Although easy to assemble, takes some time. Took me about 1/2 hour each. Well worth the effort. All pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly and everything I needed, except a phillips head screwdriver, was in the box. They are sturdy and should hold up for many years. Also, very pretty.

What a great find, fairly easy to assemble, very well made and very very comfy!Only one problem, the kit was supposed to have 4 small bolts but only 3 were included.As it turned out, only 3 are needed so perhaps a misprint?!Matches my table beautifully, only wish my other chairs were this nice!

the wood and finish are excellent. very solid and strong, seat attaches to back with 7 bolts and to front legs with 2 bolts each. the seat has a slight swale contour to improve comfort. you will need to drill four holes in the seat to start the screws that fasten the seat to the frame - I did it with the chair upside down centered carefully over the seat while it rested on a worktable, drill through the hole in the frame then put in first screw, repeat three more times. well worth the effort. beat an IKEA chair hands down.

Very solid hardwood chairs. The only flaw is there were no pre drilled holes to align the seat with the frame making assembly a bit tricky. Once assembled they’re very solid but be prepared to drill some holes!

The chairs are surprisingly sturdy. I was pleased at how easy they were to put together. I thought the chairs would be a little uncomfortable because they had no cushions on them, but I was surprised at how comfortable they actually were. Very happy with my purchase.

This rubber wood is a dream come true. It is a fine grain hardwood very much like mahogany only better.The pieces are precision cut and finished, ready for assembly.I used a Miniwax classic oak poly shade finish. Though I recommend thinning it with turpentine for the first coat for better penetration.The chairs are comfortable, very attractive, and crazy sturdy! I will have these until I die!

Easy enough to assemble, but one of the chairs in the package came with Two Right Front Legs. Not wanting to wait for a replacement, I modified one of the right legs into a left leg.... Not to be attempted with out the right wood working tools.

These chairs are beautiful and sturdy. I've had mine for 4 years, and they still make me smile.

Quality of the wood was better than expected.
