10k Yellow Gold Lab Created Ruby Ring with Lab Created White Sapphire Halo Filigree Engraving

I gave this ring to my wife for our 40th wedding anniversary. She loves it. Big enough to be easily seen but not so big as to be ostentatious. The white sapphires set the ruby off beautifully. Very nice piece.
