Great gadget
I thought the bazooka was easy to use. I followed the directions on the sheet that came with it. Worked like a charm. My new favorite meal. Just remember to oil the bazooka and keep a dish of water close by to keep your fingers wet.

Makisu mat
The makisu mat was what I was looking to get and this is a nice one. Put some sir ran wrap on it to keep it clean. The extras were okay, the knife is meh, the rice paddle is okay. The plastic sushi thing is really strange, haven’t used it yet, the way you stuff it with ingredients and then push it out just looks wrong. The avocado thing is something I wouldn’t use and the chopsticks are poor quality. There are better versions of these, but what did you expect for the price? The lobster?

Great Sushi Helper!
My hubby and kiddos loves California Sushi, so I got this a while back and since then I enjoyed making them California rolls and invented some. This kit is all you need if you are looking for one especially for beginners. Everything that was on the picture came with it. Easy to use and save time. The price is unbeatable too with this complete set.

Great kit with everything you need
Great kit that comes with everything you need, I wanted the bazooka and a bamboo mat and this has both which is good, bazooka works well but really might not be any easier than hand rolling with the mat although they are prettier

Bought a second one!
I bought it to take to my son's house and he enjoyed it so much that I gave it to him, then I bought another one for me. He said they are having sushi 2 or 3 times a week!

Patience!
My first go around wasn't very successful. Make sure to follow the directions on the bag! Do not try to mesh the 500 you tube videos together to make the "perfect rice". If your rice is anything but STICKY you will not have a successful bazooka roll. Make extra rice! You're going to mess up the first time its inevitable. I didn't get the hang of it until roll 3. By then I ran out of rice!

We made professional rolls right out of the box. This things awesome...the secret is good sushi rice. Once you dial in your rice the sky's the limit. Honestly we make them better than most places.
