Easy to use and priced right. My 2.0 Keurig started to malfunction without notice. Thought the sensor had a short. The machine remained on one cycle and would not move when buttons were pressed. Follwed the steps and "Wahla" Machine operates like new. Last time cleaner was used was 2 years ago. No excuse just forgot. Will make part of routine to use at least every 6 months. Very pleased with the results. Recommend trying this product before righting machine off.

I needed to find a Keurig cleaner and thought I would try this one. It worked great! This is the second time I purchased this. I am very happy with its performance. I used to buy the liquid cleaner in Walmart and it leaves an after taste and doesn’t really do a good job for the money. I also tried white vinegar and water. Not a very good idea either. This cleaner doesn’t leave an after taste at all and left my machine sparkling clean. The only con was the tablets didn’t dissolve 100%. I had to help them along. Not a big deal. It’s still did cleaned my machine. Will purchase again.

Tabs took a while to dissolve but other than that I'm happy knowing my Keurig is clean

This kit did in fact clean my 2.0 ancient Keurig. I followed the directions, exactly. It’s true the tabs didn’t dissolve in a minute. I also did three extra cups of cleaning process in addition to the three at the end. For good measure. Rinsed my reservoir out really good and refilled with water for the following day. The next morning I brewed my coffee and added creamer, which immediately curdled. It was apparent that there was more dissolving tablet in the Keurig system outside of what I could see. So I ran an entire reservoir of hot water through it to get it out. Water did run clean, the tablet smell did weaken, and I did make a cup of coffee. The purchased system worked, and things did get clean in the Keurig. However, make sure all cleaning components are out before consumption of your favorite brew.

This keurig descaler is efficient because it's all you need to descale your keurig in one box with instructions. If I had any complaints, it would be how long you need to set aside to clean your keurig. I didn't take away a star because that's just my opinion. I've been purchasing this descaler from Amazon for almost 6 years based on quality and price. There is no filter included in this kit, however, I keep a box of those and change out my filters more often then the keurig tells me it's time to descale.
