Fits our dogs rabies Tag perfectly
Tried these even tho the reviews were mixed. Some good, some bad. Time will tell. They did fit my dogs rabies tags very well and while they don't completely silence the clinking against their other tag, they do muffle the sound considerably. If they hold up and don't stretch or break then they are definitely worth the money.UPDATE... today (Sept 1st) I discovered 2 of our 4 chihuahua's tag silencers have failed. The once soft and pliable plastic has turned hard and brittle. I purchased these on July 10, and in just under 2 months they have failed. I do not recommend this product.

Muffles the clinking very well!
I have bought this product twice, the first time I purchased one single tag silencer. It broke within a month however, it didn't quite fit the stainless steel tag I was using it with in the first place. In that instance the o-ring was tight against the silencer rubber, and eventually cut through. It works perfectly with the tags you get from PetSmart. The glow in the dark doesn't really come in handy but glows a little right after the lights go out.One downside is my dog is almost too quiet now! He startled a couple neighbors at night by just walking up behind them. Highly recommend!

Does a good job
Very effective at silencing the jingling sound of dog tags. Of course you can still hear the plastic a little bit if you have more than 1 tag on your dog, but I like that so I can hear where my dogs are. The glow in the dark is actually kind of useful too to avoid stepping on them at night. My only complaint is they are not super durable. I bought one for each of my two dogs and one of them broke within a couple weeks. But I think it's still a good deal if you buy the 5-pack, the other ones seem to be holding up fine after about a month.

Much whiter, but still a little jingle
We took our dogs' collars off of them when we had a baby because their collars would jingle too much and wake him up. I didn't like the idea of them being collar-less, just in case they got out of the yard. These definitely make their tags much quieter when they are just walking around the house, but if they scratch their neck or shake their head, their name tags still knock into their license tags and make a loud noise. Not a complete solution, but I feel more comfortable with them being able to wear their collars and not wake up the baby.

Helpful, but Doesn't Last for Long
A must-have if that jingling noise of all the tags on a dog collar drive you as nuts as it drives me. However, I would recommend ordering more than one tag at a time due to the fact that these dry out and crack, usually falling off within two months of putting them on the collar. This is the same brand as what I purchased previously at Petco, and is easy to put on. They also glow in the dark, which is a random-but-cool feature if you don't mind a floating bone shape hovering near the foot of your bed on a nightly basis.

A Must Have for Pet Tags!
I absolutely swear by these. My dog has had one on his tag since right after I got him. I had purchased one before that looked identical but was harder plastic, these have more give to them and are very easy to get on the tag. After the previous tag silencer broke it wasn’t an hour before i could hear the tag, bumping into the food bowls or dragging the ground when he was outside. They do fit the large bone ID tags and have a glow in the dark reaction. They come 5 to a bag and are 1” by 1.5”

Quite satisfied with this silencers
Quite satisfied with this silencers. My dogs are nicer muffled enough that I can hardly hear them. Twice now I had to go looking for them when that flash of panic occurred when I thought they were gone, but to my shock they were following me with a very suspicious look as to why I was messing with their hideouts and whatnot. Actually ,since then they have been eyeing me with growing disdain and distrust,,,,i fear they are holding a grudge,,,,which would explain how they silently left poop gifts in my shoes,,,,,perhaps silence was a gateway to regret.

Great invention
These work great. They keep my dog's tags from being too noisy. I had also noticed that, with time, the etched lettering on his metal tags would seem to wear off as the tags rubbed together, so these provide some protection from that, too. These "tag silencers" don't last forever so you will need to replace them every once in a while - the need-to-replace intervals are just infrequent enough that it's easy to forget where you bought them last, so I like having the 5-pack.
