I always get the Germas red kraut because it is sweeter tasting than regular kraut to go wit brauts and potatos and onions

red cabbage so good
i never ate red cabbage. Couple strains in salad only. saw this humm give it a try...cabbage is good for you. cooked lean ground beef and onion. added the red cabbage. o my it is soooooooo good. i could eat it every day. low calories too. plenty of fiber. it is a real treat to me.

It was OK.
We want to give this a try and so we did, even though a rather pricey product. However, we couldn't taste any apples in it and that was a disappointment. Also, the jar cap was screwed on way too tight. Took lots of hot water to loosen it.
