Lessons are for building the foundation. Performance is a little more advanced, but it sounds better than Lessons. Right now, the teacher asked us to buy these two books.

Very appropriate for the 2A level.
Level 2A is probably by most favorite of the Faber Series. Several pieces at the end of the Performance book, worthy of recital addition. The students love these pieces.

Excellent piano book for kids
This is a very popular and effective piano book for kids. We’ve been using the Piano Adventures series from the Primer level up through Level 3, and it has worked wonderfully. The songs are engaging, the progression is smooth, and it keeps children motivated to learn. Highly recommended for young piano students!

Another great teaching book by the Fabers!
