Bit tight around the band, rolls down, but it does what I bought it for, helps with my lower back pain. I stand 9+ hours a day with some lifting of 50 to 120lbs. One benefit I've seen. I can finally wear a lifting belt (required where I work) when doing obnoxiously large wheels. Another thing it keeps my belly out of my work I look thinner and no more cramps with my IBS.

It works like it says. My husband had gastric bypass surgery and lost over 100 pounds and it helps hold the loss skin in better and makes his clothes fit better too.

It runs small. I have a 44" waiste & size chart says XXL is for 40" - 48" waiste. Hard to pull up. Tends to want to roll over. Maybe good for pot bellies but not if you are too obese. skin overrides garment. l will keep it to see how it fits if I lose some more weight.

It rolls even with a non slip band. So unfortunate. Make sure you have no rolls of muffin tops or it won’t work for you. When it rolls it pinches

I’m 23 and 230 pounds at 6 feet tall. I lost about 100 lbs in the past year and have excess skin & fat in my belly that makes shirts look awkward at times. Bought this and it works great. I use a size L for the gym bc it’s pretty tight, and a size XL during the day (still holds everything in nice and tight but much less resistance while breathing). Waist band rolls down a little bit but not as bad as some of these comments suggest.

These tummy tuckers fit well. But don’t try n bend over in them. They roll up to the waist as are very uncomfortable. The only issue I have with them. It’s so annoying that I have to roll or pull them back up after sitting or bending over.
