JUST Egg, Cholesterol-Free, Plant-Based Scramble, 12 oz (2 Pack)

Great product, used this to make mini-meat loaf with no animal products. The flavor is mild and the texture is absolutely spot on. The price is justified to me because this is a perishable and it ships with 3 gel ice packs and an insulated bag. I know most of the price is to keep it preserved. Those ice packs can also be reused and will make your freezer more efficient. Additionally, this doesn't have cholesterol, the protein is equal to eggs, it's low sodium and understanding the problems in the egg industry makes it worth paying more. I have used this for breakfast casserole and meat loaf, it cooks perfectly. I would reccomend this to anyone.

Best egg substitute yet. I developed an egg allergy when in my 30s, so I know what they are supposed to taste like. I went 10 years without having any and have looked desperately for a substitute. This is by far the closest yet. Don’t get the luxury of yolk, but for a scramble substitute this works. Actually best microwaved, frying takes forever and is rough to clean, I’ve used just egg for breakfast burritos and texture is spot on, flavor is slightly lacking but better than any powder I have tried. Definitely beats tofu!

Costly

We enjoyed the Just Egg, our son whom is 7 months old also enjoyed these eggs. A little pricey, but Quality over Quantity. Very versatile and cook just like regular eggs.

Made them like scrambled eggs.. added vegan cheese and a little garlic and yum! So thrilled to find this product. Will be a regular part of breakfasts from this point on!
