The single most horrific experience I've ever had buying any product in my entire life.
The single most horrific experience I've ever had buying any product in my entire life. The short story- I plugged the USB receiver dongle into my brand new $1700 gaming laptop. The mouse worked fine. I tried to unplug the USB receiver and it was stuck in my laptop SO TIGHTLY (I'm assuming they put the metal housing of the USB dongle on incorrectly or backwards) it LITERALLY FELL INTO PIECES. The metal housing of the USB is now PERMANENTLY stuck in my $1700 laptop and the plastic part of the dongle broke off. The mouse does not adjust horizontally as it is supposed to. It moves maybe a quarter of an inch and the entire mouse feels so cheaply made that I'm honestly scared to even use it. The instruction book says "go to deluxe.com to download drivers." I visited the site and immediately got a warning from my antivirus software. Allowed the browser to ignore the warning only to find that the site doesn't even exist. So the mouse I paid $50 for, ruined my USB drive of my $1700 laptop permanently, and now can not even be used. All of this happened within 5 minutes of opening this boxed terd.

Not what I expected, just so, so
I had been shopping for a vertical mouse when I came across this one. I was about to purchase Logitech's MX Vertical Wireless Mouse but this one seemed to have all of the features of Logitech and then some at almost half the price. When will I ever learn that "You get what you pay for".For the most part, ergonomics stink! The "floating shaft" that adjusts the 0-20 degree angle of the mouse doesn't work. I can't get the mouse to budge from 0 degrees no matter how much I loosen the adjustment shaft. The right mouse button is so wide that along with your second finger your third fingers must rest on the right button, too. This makes it easy for the third finger to press the right button inadvertently if it flinches. Something as simple as making the right button a little narrower so that the third finger had a solid spot to rest on would have solved the problem. That's what Logitech did.If I had to choose one thing on the plus side, I love the placement of the scroll wheel. Your index finger seems to automatically gravitate to its larger size and position making it feel more natural to use. Nonetheless, I'll be ordering the Logitech vertical mouse as I should have done in the first place.

Terrible input delay, terrible drivers, and just a poorly made mouse
The ergonomics of this mouse are really good, it feels good in your hand, and I like that it's rechargeable, but that's where the good stops. Before I get into the details of the bad, let me preface by saying that I've tested this mouse, on a windows 10 laptop, a windows 10 desktop. These issues are not specific to just one computer.1. Whether you are using 2.4ghz dongle, BT3.0, or BT4.0, there is a noticeable input delay that I've never experienced with other wireless mice before. Makes the mouse impossible to use accurately, even for office work (which is why I bought this mouse).2. The laser is bad quality and will skip dots (when referring to dots per inch) when slowly moving your mouse. For example, if I'm trying to highlight a few letters in a word to copy them, I will move to the right to get past the letter I want to highlight, it will go too far, and I'll have to move it left to get back to that letter, then it skips over it again, and so on. I tested this using all 4 different DPI settings, and to my surprise, it happened on the highest DPI as well with my sensitivity low on the PC. This is not a sensitivity issue, it's a laser issue. I tested this on 3 different mouse pads, including mouse pads that I haven't had this issue on with other mice.3. On both of my computers, whenever I turn on the mouse, suddenly my windows taskbar becomes un-clickable. This is the weirdest issue ever, but it has to do with the drivers that are installed when you connect the mouse. I have to go to the task manager and then suddenly my taskbar is accessible again. This happens whether I install their terrible software from their website, or if I don't. It happens as soon as the drivers are automatically installed by windows, and the mouse is turned on.4. The scroll wheel is too loose; it has too much play and feels cheaply-made.5. Not sure if this is a defect with my mouse, but every button except one, makes an audible click. I don't know why one button is exempt, but I can't tell when it's being pressed.6. The surface that your hand touches is too slick. Makes it hard to move and especially pull towards yourself. I don't want my fingers sliding on this when i use it.With all of these issues I honestly wonder two things; Are the other reviews fake, or did I get the most defective mouse ever? And how does the manufacturer explain that my PC stops working correctly as soon as the drivers are installed?

It's an alright mouse. Just not good for me
The first thing I noticed about the product was how large it was, especially at the base. It did not work with my mouse pad, ya know, one of the ones that have the wrist cushion area. The next thing I noticed was how sensitive the mouse buttons were, at least on the one I received. I found myself accidentally clicking them just by moving the mouse. The last major thing I noticed was that the tracking did not seem to work quite right, but maybe that was my fault. Oh, the mouse wheel position was weird getting used to also. If it were closer to my thumb it would have been easier to use on that side.So basically TLDR:Pros:Looks niftyMultiple connection optionsComfortable gripCons:Sensitive buttonsToo bigQuestionable trackingIt's an alright mouse. Just not good for me

Not for gaming or accuracy or Mac OS
The build quality is okay, but too light and plastic-y for my taste. It's somewhat comfortable, aided greatly by the adjustable angle. The real issue that I ran in to was the tracking while using the Mac OS drivers. It was just terrible. Either I would overshoot or the pointer would be stuck on screen forcing me to "wiggle" the mouse to get motion out of it. Using it for precise work was a futile exorcise. I can't imagine it for use with anything other than light browsing on a Mac.

Piece of junk. Can I give it less than one star?
Wow. So big it was uncomfortable. Ergonomic my hairy butt. And the Bluetooth fob broke the very first time I tried to disconnect it from the computer. Really bad product. Greeeeaaat idea: adjustible. Genius, in fact. Hooooorible execution.
