Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This desk chairs is perfect. It was easy to assemble and all parts were included. It goes up and down and swivels all around. The seat is so padded you can sit for Hours.

I contacted this company 2X informing them the two peaces, REQUIRED, to attach the BACK REST of this chair to the ARM of this chair (ARM: You know, the piece that goes from the seat up to connect to the back of the BACK REST!!!) These two pieces were not in the box, that is they were omitted from this order. I received this order over a month ago, and as I stated early, I contacted this company 2x giving them the opportunity to correct this issue. Now, ironically, today, 4/13/20 I received an absolutely unrelated PIECE, yes, UNRELATED PIECE to that which I specifically described AND gave the identifying piece numbers to, that is :H1 & H2. What will I receive next; maybe a screw or even a wheel? Apparently, the person assigned with correcting this issue either does not understand how to identify the components associated with assembling this chair, or has no access to the assembly reference guide which identifies each item associated with assembling this chair. If you are looking for a good office chair, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere or sucking up what you get!!!!

I’m gonna go ahead and rate this 5.. I only got it yesterday and just got done putting it together. Everything seems sturdy and made out of good material. Instructions are just illustrations so no need to read. Took about 20 minutes total to put together, highly recommend

The quality of the stool is obvious when you put it together. Sure, there can be imperfections in finish here and there, but the physical construction of the parts is high. This is what I look for. If the quality of the materials is high everything else seems secondary. For the current price of about $40 I have no doubt that this is one of the best quality stools for the money. It has a smooth height adjustment (gas) and does not wobble. It is also comfortable and doesn't take up much space. I am very happy with this purchase.

Love it for the price. Use it as a rolling stool for my bathroom vanity.

The instructions are simple and easy to follow. I built it in about 20 minutes or less. It looks cute and it’s comfy. I needed a comfy chair since I’ve been working from home and this helps and supports my back more than a bench. Love it ! 🤗

No good for prolonged use. Perhaps if you're on the very lean side (I'm over 200lbs) it might be ok. Something about the foam. There seems to be enough of it but even so, I had to buy another chair with even less foam but it turned out to be much more comfortable. I kept this chair as a backup for guests in my workstation.

I find it very comfortable and use while doing patient intakes. I do have to tighten the back once a week or so but as this is quite a bit cheaper than other models I’m willing to deal with that one minor inconvenience. Plus I like the option of taking the back rest off entirely - it’s super quick and easy to do. It rolls around the fake hardwood floor of my office smoothly and easily.
