I used this to protect a 100ft run of outdoor fiber. Because it was pre-terminated fiber, I had to open the conduit at the side and insert the cable manually along the entire length, rather than just pushing the cable through from one end to the other. The plastic is quite tough (a good thing), which made the process labor-intensive and a bit painful on the fingers. I'm sure there is some magic gadget to make the process easier, but I didn't have it, so I used a pair of pliers to wedge it open while feeding the cable in.

i used this product to cover my mini bike brake cables and throttle. looks great

Used under engine bay for tidying up cables.. ended up as a melted puddle, luckily no fire.
