I needed a cheap phone so I bought this Samsung A50 I'm so happy with my purchase, it's a brilliant phone it does everything I need it to do. Camera is good and the battery life is good there's nothing that I dislike about this phone

Absolutely rubbish
Before this phone I had a Google pixel 6 and when it broke I thought I would try Samsung as so many people love them. Well its awful. It is so slow it lags terrible and it is only just about usable. The battery life is rubbish I have to charge it twice a day and I only had to charge my Google phone once every 2 days. Bring back my google phone

Samsung refurbished phone
Phone in great condition even came wirh cables which was great.My son was super excited.Only issues was we requested same day delivery and only got phone next day was disappointed as I had promised my son a surprise.Apart from that all was good

Couldn't get a sim card in to the holder,sim was to big
It was a good phone just a pity about the issues it had,.

A good refurbished product
It looked and operated as good as new. I previously had a Samsung which was about 4 yrs. older than this A50. The difference in operating with this newer model is light years ahead. I hardly ever use the Internet on the A50 so find I usually need to recharge every 3/4 days. Good product!

Dead phone
First time buyer of a refurbished, like new phone. Had my doubts but they keep telling us to recycle and think of the planet, so I gave it a go and now deeply regret it.Phone just does not work, started up a couple of times okay but then started cutting out and not starting up again for a couple of hours. Now it won't charge or start up at all.This company offered to replace the battery if I return the phone. So I guess they are hoping to repair a phone that should have been like new, what next a repair for the repair....Sorry no, I am now going to be out of pocket as I need to return the phone at my own expense to get a refund, totally unsatisfactory.It all seems a bit dodgy to me. I can not start the phone before I return it so I can not delete all my personal information off it, this means I am putting myself directly into the hands of a potential cyber hack.How can I clear the phone before I return it to be just a little out of pocket inplace of taking the full hit just to keep my cyber security safe?
