FisticuffsStrong Hold Mustache Wax 1 OZ. Tin

First time trying out any sort of mustache wax so rating Is based on my personal expectations not how the product compares to others.Firstly the product was not delivered on time it was two days late. But I was notified in advance about the delay and was given a partial refund. When I did get the package it was in good condition and dot damage.The wax itself is really nice. It’s definitely tough. Even using my mail it was hard to scrap out but once I worked some heat into it with my thumb and forefinger it was a more playable. It worked in nicely to my mustache and I was able to apply it pretty evenly after a few tries.As for the sent, I got the aphrodisiac (leather and cedar I think). In the tin it smells super strong and I wasn’t too sure about putting it that close to my nose but it lightens up when it’s applies. And it does smell really nice.My only criticism would be that It doesn’t seem to last that long. The hold is really nice but after 4-5 hours it seems that I have to reapply or re-fix the hair even though the hold seems strong at first. This is where the one star deduction comes from and it may just be user error since this is my first time.Over all though I’m really happy with this product and will definitely keep using it

Thought I'd give a new wax a try. Overall it is a very good product. It just isn't a "strong" hold.First off, the scent is great. I really like it.Now for the critique. It says it's a strong hold. I consider it a firm or medium at best. When I first opened it and went to get it, as I pushed to get it, it kept spinning in the container. So I used a guitar pick to get the wax. Then when I went to warm it up in my fingers, it didn't completely "melt" and some of the beeswax beads remained solid. So I had to comb it out a bit, and lost more of the wax. Therefore it did not hold my moustache in position all day. Then combing it to straighten my moustache, i just lost even more product over the day. Overall its a very good product, it smells good, and a great price. The only negative is that I would not consider it a strong hold, compared to other strong holds I have used.

° Scent: It smells phenomenal not too strong (I went with the sandal wood scent)° Easy to apply (However you will need something to scrape the wax out but once it's in your fingers its simple to use)° Has a strong holdI use this product almost daily. I will be buying more in the near future. The product is solid and I'm a sucker for slick packaging. I might try the cedar/leather next.

Thought I would try it but it is hard to use because it is so stiff and have to heat it to use it. Takes extra time when getting ready which isn’t for me.

This is by far the best smelling wax I’ve used. It says “strong hold” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The hold is very weak.

Ordered for my husband for his handlebar mustache. Product smells good, and hold well all day, even through repeat touching with working man hands. Tin is small. Already ordered another.

Use your nail to scrape it. I had trouble at first. Otherwise smells great and holds style.

So far I have been only slightly impressed with this - it smells good, little smaller container than I would have liked. I cannot get it to 'hold' though, however.

The single worst wax I have ever used. It's oil/parafin content is too high and the consistency is akin to that of Vaseline. For a product claiming to be a 'Strong Hold Wax', then this is blatant misdirection. There are beard balms which offer a stronger hold than this wax.

Amazin product holds firmly i deed and smells amazing too i work in quite an active role and even at the end if the day its still holding form and still smells good

This stuff smells incredible, my girlfriend commented on how good it smells....gotta be a good thing. Holds the beard in place and tames those whispy hairs...…..I'll buy more for sure!

Ok, first time using a moustache wax, wasn’t sure what to expect.Overall i’m ok with it, it’s easy enough to use, i can’t smell any scent and I was hoping I actually could. (yes i actually have a fairly sensitive sniffer).It seems to hold ok for the loose style curl i’m going for, my only real complaints are that it seems to dry out fairly quick, I was expecting something a bit better than what i’m getting which is about maybe 2 hours or so before it seems to loose hardness and it’s reverted to looking like it’s got nothing in it, however, it remains firmish and will keep it out of my mouth if i fiddle with it.I don’t really have anything to compare that to, so I will just keep playing around with it for now.Also the price is pretty insane for the little tiny tin you get. I thought tin would be more like the size of my beard balm i sometimes use. (see pic) and knowing the cost of the ingredients, I think someone’s making some money around here… i paid 26.00 with free shipping to vancouver bc…would i buy it again? That’s the big question right? probably not, i may just try my hand at my own.

I've been enjoying this product quite a bit. It forces my moustache into cooperating and the other products I was using were not doing so. It smells nice and is nice to apply.With that said, if you are ordering from Canada, this cost me $21 cdn collars + $10 to ship. Compare that to the $9.99 usd price tag it would normally have and, well, I guess I'm just saying you may want to try to locate this product some other way as this was obviously pretty costly. I mean, I did get some pretty cool stickers with it which was nice. If I saw products from this company for sale locally I would likely try quite a few more things.
