Cinnamon was very subtle. Everyone said they were able to taste the hint of flavor. Loved it in rosh hashana

This is one of my favorite honey sticks. Great to add to tea or just to snack on.

Perfect cinnamon flavor. My only complaint is that some of them leaked in shipping.

Some leaky & some a little crystallized

My kids and I love honeysticks as a snack especially the cinnamon flavor! Just grab and go, bite and eat, cut add to tea or on top of crackers. So easy! Healthy too, we usually buy local but often have these on hand as well as they don’t use food dyes

Starting buying the cinnamon flavor in 2015 and loved it. I was buying 4 or 5 times a year since then, but they have now changed their recipe and have lost me as a customer. They now have hardly any cinnamon flavor whatsoever. I responded to the seller's email asking what I thought about the product. I replied explaining that I was not satisfied with the changes to the product and cited other lots that I had purchased from them. I should not have been surprised when I got a robotic answer that I could return it for a refund (not really worth the effort because of shipping expense). I received no explanation for the seller. I expected that maybe, this was a bad batch or they would explain that they changed their recipe / concentration of cinnamon. In my book, they went from five to zero stars - a lost me as a regular customer.
