Just a great product... - I had been using a shaving brush and shaving soap for about a year now and have been using shaving soap that cost about $15. I thought that it was a good choice compared to buying shaving cream every six weeks for about $9. The shaving soap I had been using lasted several months and it lathered up pretty well, but it didn't last long when on my face. So, i wanted to see if spending about $10 more made much of a difference. I can't tell you what a difference it is! It not only lathers up much better than my previous soap, but it actually stays lathered up on my face for as long as it takes me to shave leaving behind a smooth thin film on my face that smells so nice. The film rinses off when I splash water on my face, but leaves behind a pleasing fraquence. So, in sum this has been a great product so far. The only question is how long the tub will last. It's a large tub, so I'm guessing for some time to come. Review: Phenomenal - I like many shave soaps. Proraso and Barrister and Mann are two. I like this one even better. This is the best one I have ever used. It lathers well. It is super slick. I lather it with a bowl and a boar brush. Great product. I am very impressed.
