It's a good product, I have purchased 2 treadmill on for me and one for my sister, all over performance is good and for both of them. For one of the treadmill it's been 4 months now and have not faced any issues yet. Satisfied with the product.

Delivery: Received the treadmill before time.Assembly: Assembly was easy more because of the online video. The instruction manual that comes in the box is not usefulUsage: using it for over a week now. Build is sturdy. Motor response is good. Foot grip is good but have to wear shoes. Basic controls are working fine. Current usage is approx 1.5-2 hrs daily with 70% walk+30% run.Quality: overall material quality is average. Finish of the product looks good from a distance, but on close inspection you will see the cost cutting and QC miss from the manufacturer.Bottom line: looks good and sufficient from home use. Haven't felt the need for any customer support so far.

Treadmill received in a very good packaging also 90%was pre installed and only 10%of diy installation was there which was very easy to do by following the instructions and video. Built quality 10/10. Easy to access by all the members of family.Best training machine to keep your life healthy fit and running well.Do recommend to all who want Running machine like this.From delivery packaging to the support of stunner fitness is really good.Just 10-20 min of running on this daily will surely give you the result you want.

Service is very poor. Once you have purchased this product you will not be able to cancel the order and if your product is not functioning well then also seller and Amazon both will not take while responsibility.Few functions not working properly and seller said its expected in our product.I asked amazon to do something in my favor, now amazon service is also raising their hands and saying only seller can do whatever they can.Please don't trust on this product, this seller as well as on amazon services too.

Product is too good and worthy in that budget. Seller service is also very promt and very friendly. Overall very nice and happy with the product.

I am a proud owner of stunner treadmill and I pat my back for having decided to purchase this product and would honestly recommend it for home use. I have been using this product for last fifteen days now and have had no issues at all. I had good interaction with the seller too and they are very customer friendly guys.

Amazon is best site for purchase any thing but stunner stx 360 description is wrong there no any connectivity to Bluetooth in this model quality also not good very disappointed rs 32k is very high in this range
