All voters should read this book
Considering the current news cycle, if you don't feel better after reading this book there is something the matter. It doesn't sugar coat the present state of the world, but it does help put things in perspective. If one is going to be at all involved in politics, this book is a must read.

A wonderful book to help put things into perspective
I am the sort of guy who reads a book from cover to cover. I am not a "chapter picker" so, while I love to read, I am extremely selective about my reading choices. This book is for sure a winner, winner, ribeye steak dinner. The author did a wonderful job in clearing explaining all of his points and even better, how to apply them to all situations. While this book is a very easy read, I strongly suggest you take your time (and not speed read or chapter pick your way through it) in order to digest the info he provides to you in every chapter.

Lazy - Lazier - Laziest
Do book publishers employ editors these days? Ones who actually look at the books? In the Introduction a very familiar optical illusion is presented with part of the heading saying: "Which of the lines is longest?". The illustration contains two (2) lines, but no correct grammar (whether in English, Swedish or most other languages). When publishers prepare an eBook does anybody in the company actually look at the product on an e-reader? I doubt it, because if somebody had actually looked at the "Illustrated" version of this book, they would have discovered that almost all of the illustrations (mostly important graphics and charts) cannot be read on an e-reader. The designer hd decided that greyscale was much better than black to render all the data charts illegible!.I will struggle on and read the rest of the book because it contains some very important and useful information, but struggle is the most appropriate word.A book worth reading ... BUT DO NOT BUY THE KINDLE VERSION

An important book
I loved Hans Rosling’s TED talks and bought the book in eager anticipation. It’s more entertaining than I expected and far more important. Our world is run on outdated information that leads to so much waste of money and effort. Everyone should read this.

Hans Rosling's last work
I've long been a huge fan of the late Hans Rosling, and the Gapminder website run by his daughter-in-law and son. This is a lively and stimulating read and well suited to the Kindle.
