The quality is good though and I like the look
The length was true to size however the sandals are a bit wide and floppy for my narrow feet even on the tightest buckle setting. The quality is good though and I like the look.

Consistency in question...
I tried these shoes in that size 9 in a store but they did not have the right color! I decided to order them instead since I knew the exact size to order! I wonder though if Fly London is consistent in making all their sizes the same since these black ones are a bit big on me!

These shoes are the coolest old fashioned bottle green color. I also got them in black. The forefront of the sandal is wider than I expected but I like that because it allows for swelling later in the day plus the option of wearing socks. There's a big difference in the ankle straps in the black sandals compared with the green sandals though. The black sandal ankle straps had to have 2 more holes punched in order to buckle tight enough for a snug fit to make the sandals stay on my feet securely. The green ankle straps had the same number of holes punched but for some reason fit tight enough to make the sandals fit securely. So for them I didn't have the expense of getting a shoe repair person to punch extra holes.
