Q: Will this survive the Texas heat during summers? Looking for a long term solution to fix the dash cam back.

If this product can survive the hot sun in Florida (although we have a windshield sunshade in our RV), it can survive in Texas! We also cover it over with a towel. Great product!!

Q: Are the disks made out of plastic or metal?

Slick smooth like glass plastic so the suction cup on gps will stick and can clean easily

Q: Can they stack on each then attach device in other to add height?

Yes I am sure they can but they are not very thick might get you 1/8th-1/4 inch if that. I wouldn't do a bunch of them to gain height
