Konsait Mermaid Tail Ocean Seashell Mold (6pcs), Silicone Cake Fondant Baking Molds Chocolate Candy Baking Tool for Wedding Birthday Party Cake Decoration Cupcake Topper

I’m making an ocean cake for my niece for her 10th birthday and these she’ll molds will be perfect! They are small so if you need big ones be sure to check the size, these are exactly what I needed. I got these about an hour ago and couldn’t wait to use them. I washed them really quick, dried them and poured in candy melts melted chocolate that I get from Michaels in the fridge and 5 minutes later TADA! There are some air bubbles in them that I can work on getting out but it was a great test run. They just pop right out, my advise, don’t try and smooth out the chocolate because it pulls it out of the mold. I used a piping bag to get it in the molds and tapped them on the counter to make sure it filled in all the nooks and crannies. I’ll add a photo of the finished cake with them on it.

These are great little molds. I needed molds to do a mermaid cake for a birthday and these were perfect. Lots of different sizes. It was difficult to get one of the smaller seahorses out without breaking his nose or tail but other than that no issues at all.I used candy melts in them to get the right colors and then hand painted them with gold luster dust before putting them on the cake.Side note, in case you're not good at visualizing spatial mechanics like me, you cannot make two of the mermaid tails and put them back to back to make a whole, round tail. I'm guessing that is obvious for some, but I didn't realize it until I was taking them out of the molds. :)

My mother and I did a trial run on these last weekend. I purchased them to make chocolates for my sister's "Under the Sea" themed baby shower. They work great! May go through a couple to get the hang of it, but they come out so cute! Be careful with the sea horses, those guys are TRICKY. The really thin parts on the face and tail are super fragile and crack easy. So just take your time on those and they will come out fine. The shapes, design and detail on these are great!

Very delicate silicone. Used it for resin molding and it worked but was very easily torn. I just know to be gentle with the item.Outside of that my stuff came out great and will be reusing them.

The media could not be loaded.  This made our mermaid bday party 100 times better! This really made it an incredible cake, I did use another silicone for different sea designs. I only used candy melts and mixing colors in made it look really beautiful:) My daughter was so happy with her cake and all the kids enjoyed eating the mermaid tails🥰

Really loved these molds. The silicone is great compared to the old fashioned plastic trays I have been using. The chocolate came out very easily, they were super cute, and the molds were very reasonably priced. The only thing to note is the larger seahorse's tail always broke off (the smaller one came out fine every time) but it still looked great. If I could one thing differently next time, I would buy another set so that I could have more molds setting at once and the process would take less time.

These are amazing! Take a little longer for the chocolate to set up in the freezer but the details are incredible!

Perfect. I used gum paste with shortening rubbed in, and I was able to fill the mold then invert it and they just popped right out. You just need your fondant tool to cut any rough edges off
