Great swing set! Trampoline advice for what it’s worth.
Wow! We love this! It is really sturdy for the price. I read all the reviews trying to tell you how to put on the trampoline springs (I’m not mechanically inclined and I’ve never put on manual brake pads so I was really confused when trying to follow those directions). It took myself and my 60 year old mother to put the trampoline together. We put together the first three sides no problem. We tried the manual brake pad method for the final side (which we were clearly doing wrong because it didn’t work). We finally tried it exactly how the picture in the direction book shows and it was fairly easy with two people. I would recommend just trying the way in the book first if you have two people. All said, we spent about 2.5 hours putting this together. It was definitely easier with two people. I wish the parts were labeled, it took a few mins to just figure out which poles were going with what piece, but no big deal, we figured it out. Overall, we are really happy with it and my daughter loves it.

Product good but vendor I purchased from was great
The swing set is nice and finally together, the trampoline needs a little engineering to make it work. I wish there were two different ratings, one for the product and one for the vendor as the vendor would have received a HUGE 5 stars!!! Their follow up through ordering, delivery and the issues we ran into on the product were outstanding! They offered immediately to take the product back and followed up on numerous occasions to see how it was progressing. GREAT customer service! THANKS JM12Ventures!! You really did great! The trampoline springs were beyond difficult and the handle holes that should match to the leg buttons were not on the correct side. The shade cover on the swing is a great idea but since the ends go up in the air instead of down, the shade just isn't there, not to mention it looks odd. Other than that, my grandbaby loves the set and I think it will work for her for several years.

Tip for Trampoline Assembly!
Playset is great! Seems sturdy, all parts were present, and it was easy to assemble. Kids LOVE it!!It took my husband and I about 2.5 hours (with a couple breaks). However, the trampoline is a bit of a monster. Here’s a tip:Get the springs assembled on one side. Then assemble the springs on the opposite side as follows; put the springs into the frame, use the provided tool to hook into the triangle piece attached to the trampoline and pull the triangle piece to the spring that’s already in the frame. You may have to hold the spring up with one hand in order to attach the triangle piece you’re pulling over with your other hand. This method works pretty well for 3 sides, but won’t work to attach the final and fourth side. For the fourth side, use the provided tool to attach the springs the way that the instructions tell you to.This is what worked for us, hopefullly it will cut down on some assembly time for you!Pictures show how it looks assembled with my 5 year-old and 2 year-old on it. We added a saucer and toddler swing. I added photos of what it looks like where we attached to swings. Also, our set came with a mister spray that had 4 mist stations that attaches to the top of the swing set. I didn’t read anywhere that it was supposed to, so I guess we got a bonus?

Great swing set, great price.
My boyfriend put this together, and when I asked about the ease of it, he said zero stars. He said it came with instructions that didn’t match the swing set, and he threw them out and had to figure it out himself. It took him a few hours all in all. It’s pretty squeaky, and it says not to tighten the bolts too tight, but it’s very squeaky if you don’t. So he tightened them as far as he could and the squeak is gone. It’s a great set for the price. We purchased additional swings to swap out what comes with it, which keeps it new and fun. We got a different slide than what is in the photo, it’s like a wavy slide. Also, the trampoline is pretty difficult to put together, you may need two people for it. My 3 y/o loves it tho, we’re very happy with it.

Do not believe the lifetime guarantee.
This product look great upon delivery. Within a few weeks, the sun shade broke. Next the swings filled with water and the protective covering for the chains fall off. After a year, the frame started to rust through. Based on the product posting, they have a "lifetime guarantee" on the structure itself. I sent an email in May on what to do to resolve the structural issues. They came back and asked for all of the below information... I took the time to collect and submit all of the below information. Now they will not respond to my claim. They clearly do not want to stand behind the guarantee. It is simply to sell you the product, over complicate the process and ghost you if you have all required information. This product is of poor quality and the company operates with little integrity. We will be more than happy to assist you; please provide us with the following information:· The name of the purchaser.· Your shipping address.· The item number located on the front of your owner’s manual.· The Date of Purchase.· Receipt of purchase (confirmation Email or Po Number or scanned Copy of pickup)· Please provide the serial number off of your product, it looks like a barcode.

its smaller than it looks but still functional and a good buy, went together well
I read the reviews for this and looked for two months at swing sets for my 4 year old. I decided on this one because of the price and the options it has. the swings in my opinion seem kind of week and worried that the 7year old next door will brake it but seems to be holding out so far. its smaller than it looks but still functional and a good buy, went together well; did it myself in 4 hrs. (and a beer) can be done faster I think if your really want to (not hard other than putting on the springs for the trampoline hence the beer.

Great little set but
Great little set but..... The trampoline is difficult to put together! One of the springs broke off. My son went to slide down the slide and he was stuck at the top because it isn't slippery. Not sure if it's because the plastic needs to weather some or something. Hoping next year he can actually slide. The swings hold a lot of water if it rains. I wouldn't buy again.
