Been using for a couple weeks now to get that good stretch in my crunches and such, and it's doin what I think it's supposed to.I'm satisfied, and especially so because this mat is priced very well comparative to others I've seen listed. And seems like it will last a while.

I have a back problem and I’m using the Ab Mat for back support. It works perfectly for me, and I have so far bought 3; one for my car, one for my office chair and one for when I go out to restaurants and places that need to sit down at a table. It’s light and firm, and great value!

I bought this because I do Caroline Girvans workout and she required this device for a few videos. And maaaaaan this thing is great. It really helps target your abs in a new way. It’s a bit like a bosu ball or a Swiss ball without the challenge of extra movement, which I want some times. Buuuut I also use this for glute bridges because I’m short and it’s actually a nicer height than my bench. I’ve also stretched my back out on it. So I’m really happy with this ab pad. It’s supers squishy without being too squishy. The design is clever and the thickness of the pad is great.

Great product to get that extra stretch in your ab workouts. The pad is the perfect firmness for workouts and provides a good stretch. It is about 3 inches thick at the tallest point when no weight is being applied. Has a stiff board on the bottom of the pad so it does not have to be against a completely flat surface.
