I’ve torn the major tendon in my arm twice and had surgery on it twice and this is the only thing that helps with my tendon pain. If I forget to take them, my arm starts aching. It does have a bit of a fishy taste so I take them before bed so I don’t have the fish burps lol. These used to be really expensive but they’re much more affordable now. I highly recommend taking these for pain management and overall health.

DONT buy this product if you are looking for BLUE ICE(TM). This is just fermented skate liver oil. This is false advertisement. Blue ice, which means it comes from the arctic, is what makes the product e0ffective in remembering your dreams. There are alot of companies claiming its Blue ice and then they ship you an orange bottle that isn't the same product as they claim. Beware of "package may vary".

I’ve been taking this fish oil for several years. I really like the quality. It’s fish oil….swallow it quickly. I swallow it down with food.
