Just what I needed

It locks!
I’ve had for a week and the paint is already chipping. But it works fine. I saw some folks were having issues with locking after changing the combo, you have to have the combination in place in order to change or close the lock not scrambled. The lock won’t lock if the combo isn’t in place, once you have the bar in place then you shuffle the numbers. I’ve changed the combo twice now and it’s still works.

I got the lock FINALLY after it being in limbo for over 2 weeks…PRIME SHIPPING …, YEAH NO THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN. The lock is flimsy but I wasn’t expecting top notch security, however there was no way to change the combination. Your code is on the back of the package and to change it You must first engage that original code then turn the shackle 90 degrees and then push down well that didn’t work. The slot to push it into was blocked. So I figured it was me just not doing it right and left it for my husband to fix…the man can literally fix ANYTHING except this lock. He tried and failed multiple times and somehow during one of the attempts the code did change because now it won’t unlock at all, so it is completely useless.

Easy to use
This is a super easy and straightforward combination lock. It comes with instructions on how to change the original code to one that you prefer. I use it at the gym locker and so far so good.

Great concept, bad quality
I got this for my 11 yr old thinking it should be easier to use than the traditional silver metal lock for her locker. But the numbers always get stuck when you try to the turn it to lock/unlock.
