It helped out my parents to remove all muscular pain like legs, back etc...Its really magic, i was really impressed by the quality,nicely packed and delivered

The product is extremely fragile. Even a small shake during usage (when hot) can damage the filament and render it useless. Users are adviced to allow it to cool only after which it may be moved.

I switched on product but it is not working . It is non returnable. Amazon must take this seriously and black list supplier . I talked with Amazon customer care and they took return. Thanks Amazon

This product is quite efficient. It focuses on the area of pain with IR heat therapy. Its very handy and workable. The only drawback I found was there is no On-Off switch on the lamp which is a must.

The media could not be loaded.

I bought 2 lamps, one of them did not work from the beginning even when I fixed the bulb in the other lamp which is working.The handle on the top is very practical and the integrated switch too.The lamps are not proper packed, just a tiny box and little folia around. It is not save to send them via courrier packed in this way.The one which works is good. The IR light goes deep and increases the microcirculation in the body reducing pain and accelerating healing process. Good results also when used on inflamed gums and sinuses.I just started to use them yesterday so no idea how long they will last. The bulbs are looking not very strong, the glass is very thin.I am trying to send up the request to replace the not working lamp but after I click on add photo nothing happend I stuck by uploading the photos and click on submit dasn't help. I will try to call customer service, that may help. I am dissapointed that it is so difficult to send the request.
