Product was fine, but Amazon failed to pack the cans carefully
Product was fine, but Amazon failed to pack the cans carefully and two were badly dented. Won't return them, but Amazon needs to pack canned goods so that they don't bang into one another. Could cause leaks or issues with the contents.

Perfect for a Nice Gravy!
Add at the juice into your red pasta sauce. Cook low/slow for hours. Add clams at end. Chef's kiss. We use orrichetti pasta, and it's a big family fave. One can, to every 24 oz crushed tomato = kinda a measurement.

Tasteless and Packed with Muddy Water
The price of the product was good, so I decided to give it a try. Normally I buy the Snow's chopped clams and thought this was a better bargain. I should have known the reason they were so cheap. When I opened the can I was expecting whole baby clams, but these were chopped into little pieces instead and packaged in what looked like muddy water. There was no real clam flavor. The flavor was just really off and not pleasant. After doing a little research on the product, I discovered they are harvested in Indonesia and were part of a recall in 2022 for containing extremely high levels of PFAS. That's probably where the strange flavor comes from. I won't be eating these ever again and wouldn't even feed them to my cat. I'll go back to Snow's chopped clams which are supposed to be harvested in the US.

Not really whole clams.
Can says whole baby clams but they are fairly chopped up. Too bad because Bumble Bee usually makes very good products. Product tastes fine.

Love lives in the kitchen.
If you like babies and you like clams...this for you.akes a nice clam sauceRecipe?Sauteed fresh shallots in olive oil, add a few garlic cloves, deglaze pan with a nice Chablis, toss in clams and any other seafood you got, add cream and a little old bay to taste, reduce by half, on low heat, don't burn, don't overcook. Add herbs like parsley, basil, thyme, oregano fresh if you got it. Cook a pasta that holds sauce nicely, a good quality semolina pasta, spend a few extra dimes here. Get it perfect, add Romano Asagio Parmesan to taste. Cool it until it has legs and stands up by itself. Serve a generous portion to your girl and all will be forgiven.Don't forget a nice wine and some candles and a good salad. Love lives in the kitchen.
