Water enters inside the double wall
The handles don't seem to be sealed well. The water enters inside the double wall and keeps on bouncing and making noise. Also, when a hot liquid like tea or coffee is poured into the cup, the water in that double wall seems to expand and leak outside on us, making us feel that the tea/coffee itself is leaking. It can get frustrating over long usage.
