The forth time I was using this product the little orange glass in the head of the flasher broke, I am very disappointed I actually started to see some results , i am not sure why the glass has broken but it did in the middle of a my treatment!Update!!!!I did contact amazon and they agreed to send me a new device which arrived here today and I already try it on, they device looks perfect no cracks or damage and it’s working good!The seller also contacted me after my review and they were very concerned about my safety, they offered me some refund and they are been contacting me a couple times to make sure I received a new device and know if it’s working well.I am very pleased with this seller their customer service is really awesome, I totally recommend!!!Overall I am very happy about this purchase and I will continue to buy more products from this seller!

I've only used this product one time and I turned it on to use it the second time and its flashing error and will not work

I used this product as directed for a few months and definitely enjoyed my results. It’s just recently when using it, the area where the laser emits it’s flash gets so hot very quickly even when the flash is not going. It seems after about 2 minutes of using it, it begins to over heat to where I can’t even hold it up to my skin to do the flash. I haven’t been using it lately because of this and I’m upset because before it started over heating it was a great product. I use it with the same outlet since I first got it and follow the instructions of how to use it appropriately.

This thing totally works. Ive had laser hair removal before so I was curious to see if this would actually work considering the price. It does. I started see results after 3 uses, no joke. I can't actually believe it works. And on top of that it's pretty painless!

This worked, at first. It was supposed to be guaranteed for 1,000,000 flashes. It stopped working after about500,000. It still lights up, but it is ineffective, and burns my skin

I used this machine 3 times a week for 4 weeks on my entire body and it works! I saw amazing results. still not completely hairless, however I'm well on my way! The first place I saw results is my upper lip. I'll write an update once I use it for 3 months, hopefully by then I am hair free :)!

It says 500K pulses, but mine stopped working altogether at 250K.
