Very clear and resolves the edges and creases very well for a thicker laminate. 5-mil is great for frequently handled reference and data charts. (I bet this will also be good for dry erase marking, or sharpie with alcohol to erase.) Thicker laminate lets you find and separate the individual pages much easier than 3-mil.

I picked up a laminator at a local Goodwill store. I decided to order these pouches to see how they would work with it. They are very easy to use and do a very good job of laminating both sides of a letter or document. A regular 8.5"x11" page fits perfect in these 9"x11.5" pouches. I have laminated several documents where water or other liquids might damage them. Automobile and Boat documents, workshop plans, Birth and death records, all laminated easily. I did have to learn to insert the sealed end of the pouch into the laminator first to avoid getting any bubbles or wrinkles in the finished laminated item. I am now on my second box of pouches. The ease of use makes laminating very enjoyable. Make sure your laminator can do the hot setting as that is the type of laminating pouches these are.

If you have anything flat that you want to preserve for posterity, this is the product. Good for photographs, pepperoni, coldcuts, bookmarks, flies, spiders, spaghetti, and just about anything that will fit in the laminator. Oh yeah, it’s great for making presentation materials that you can use the dryer race marker on. I’ll bet you wish I posted photos

I purchased these for a teacher friend! She loved these! She said they were really thick and would work great in her classroom!!
