Fantastic product! Better protein content then whey protein, I use to make scrambled eggs in the morning or omelettes, taste is what it is plain egg whites but once you’ve added seasoning it fine, I’ve used it for pancakes as well and baking and it’s been fine, very good price when you look at how much a carton of egg whites are in the shops!
