how do you fix these to the wall/doors?

They come with wall fixings, i.e. wall plugs and screws, you drill the holes and then fix the frames

How can you fix to tiles without drilling

Use gorilla double sided tape. if you do drill tiles pop a piece of sellotape on the tile before you drill it. We have these in the toilets with double sided tape on tiles and they are fine and look great.
