With long term use, this moisturizer has improved the texture and look of my skin so much. I keep coming back to this product even though I’m slightly addicted to trying other moisturizers- this is the one thing I keep coming back to and for good reason.When I first tried this product I can honestly say I wasn’t too impressed. In fact, I remember it feeling off and my skin not agreeing with it. I decided to give it another try a few months later and maybe it was a change in my skin routine, or waiting until my face was completely dry but the product worked out much better for me.The green tint is NOT “concealing” however it does help calm the redness even if slight. My skin almost immediately looks less red and not because it’s being concealed… but because it feels calmer. It is cooling on the skin. I do think the green tint helps but this is not makeup and is not advertised as such. It is a skincare product. That’s actually what I love about it- it reduces redness naturally over a length of time and use, it’s not “concealing” anything temporarily.Not just the redness but my skin texture has significantly improved as well. I’ve had people who’ve known me for years compliment my skin and tell me how smooth it appears and how great my skin looks while this was in my daily regimen.Which brings me to a final point of the only complaint I have is that this product used to be available at CVS in the first aid section. I have looked time and time again for over a year and sure enough, apparently it’s not sold in stores anymore? I see the bruise one but there’s actually no section for this exact product any longer. I have looked at the price tags on the shelves in desperation and it no longer exists.I am grateful and happy that I’m able to order this through Amazon, but it’s disappointing I can’t just pick it up in person anymore. I temporarily used la roche posay green tinted moisturizer.. forgot the name but it was nothing in comparison to how this Rosacare makes my skin appear and feel.I hope this review helps someone, give it a try if you’re on the fence it is really such an awesome product.

Oh my gosh what an excellent product. I’ve been searching high and low and I’ve found something for my rosacea that actually works. My right cheek is the worst when it flares up, which lately has been everyday, while my left cheek is red, but not as bad as my right. My right cheek gets so hot and nothing has worked until now. It calms it down and reduces the redness almost immediately. I use it twice a day as instructed, morning and night and it just looks like I’ve got rosy cheeks again. I finally found something that’ll work when my stepson gets married in September. Boy am I glad I found this. It comes out green and it has a nice consistency to it. The green fades as you rub it in. It spreads nicely and the pump doesn’t plug up at all like some other pumps do and you don’t have to worry about trying to pick out the clogged stuff as there isn’t any. It doesn’t dry out my face at all, but rather moisturizes it well. This stuff goes a very long way, so it’ll last a long time and the price point is nice and you get a lot of product for the price.All in all I highly recommend this product.

I’ve been using this for several years, for rosacea, and I’ve always loved how it blurred the redness on my face. I bought another bottle recently and it’s different. It still makes my skin feel soft but it’s not blurring the redness. The green shade has changed and it has a different scent, as well. It smelled like sulfur before, so I don’t mind the way it smells. But it’s not toning down my redness, which was the most important part for me. If I don’t see a positive change, I’ll have to find something else 🙁

I have rosacea which has been controlled by antibiotics. I am currently in maintenance with standard treatment for rosacea ( metro gel, azaleic acid and ivermectin) in a topical cream. I applied this product and immediately felt a slightly warming sensation, which was not necessarily pleasant. My cheeks and nose started to tingle and I noticed that I was much much “ruddier” than before. Ended up just using it for my neck where it did not cause any issues.Pros: no scent, nice texture, did not irritate my neck, great price point.Cons: made my facial redness worse and irritated my rosacea.One thing to note is that redness on the skin could be caused by many many issues and it is not always rosacea. Weather, sun exposure, etc could cause skin irritations and this product might be good for those.In the end the only way to know if it works is to try it out. But, personally I would recomendable to stick to a simple routine of very gentle cleansing, using a moisturizer that will help your skin barrier, and using sunscreen religiously along with whatever your dermatologist has given you.This is what has worked for me and has kept my rosacea less noticeable and my skin way more healthy.

I’ve always been self-conscious of my rosacea but never had a product other than makeup to cover it. Most of my life I’ve worn foundation every day because I wanted to hide the red blotches but it didn’t always work that well. I’ve been using this product for 5 days now and have noticed my skin is more hydrated and a lot less red. It isn’t hot like it gets when it is flushed and irritated. Some people say this irritates their skin. I was nervous when I first put it on because it very slightly burns initially but then it has definitely improved my skin and I don’t think I’m reacting to it at all. The dermatologist recommended a $70 product to me and I decided to look for something more sustainable. This definitely is better for my budget and works well in my experience! For the first time I’m trying a product to actually help my facial redness and going on my typical habit of trying to save money (doesn’t always work in my favor), I’m really impressed!
