Leaks like mad from area where spout goes into body and rotates.Cannot see how to return as should be guaranteed.Not impressed

We bought this in June 2020 after having a new kitchen fitted, the bottom of the unit is now all swollen as it's been leaking slowly for a while, it blew the electrics last night thankfully as it looks like it might have burst into flames ! Very disappointed!
