How do you get the dino to do a simple 90 degree turn? Ours keeps doing a 180 which makes him not line up with things correctly like in the book.

One right or left turn should end up as about a 90 degree turn. If it seems off, try adjusting the dial on the underside of the Critter either right or left. This should help!

Do the critters travel well on carpet?

Our carpet is relatively low pile, so yes.

Why my Dino does not move? Do the rear wheels of mine get any thing wrong?

I believe it did not come with batteries. Did you install those? Also there is a power switch. Beyond this I would reach out to the manufacturer.
