To prevent this, you must either keep the Juu in the up position or upside down.Overall, 👎👎— — — — — — — — — —Just received the product and first impressions are good👍. No negatives to report. Product has a matte texture that grips in your hand and is lightweight. I hope everything fits just right and it recharges the Juul 5x like it says. I'll update after some use.

This was a decent case while it lasted, although there were a few issues with it, one of which required I return it.I did like the look and feel of the case, the ejector switch was very nice, and the LCD on it was good to have.The first issue is that the LCD on it was nearly impossible to read in daylight without covering it with your hand. Not a huge deal, so I dealt with it.The second issue is that, while it was sitting on my nightstand, it fell off onto the carpet (about a foot and a half fall), and the lid broke.I returned the item and went with another brand, as the plastic just seemed to be either too brittle, or the hinges were too thin where the metal pin went through.

First unit was send with a defective battery, the unit charged/discharged incorrectly and got extremely hot... I eventually noticed the back of the device was BULGING due to the battery swelling - very dangerous!The second unit I was sent (as a replacement) lasted less than two weeks before the fragile hinge broke.I wish I could leave 0/5 stars...

I’ve ordered two of these. The first charger arrived and when I opened the lid it broke off. Great charging station. The second item arrived and the lid broke off after two days. If you don’t need the lid then buy this item.

This case charges the juul well. The only problem with this case is the lid breaks easily. It's not safe in front or back pockets of skinny jeans. It's also not safe in a purse. Everything else is great. It holds 2 extra pods. It has a slide up switch to make it easier to pull the charged juul out. It has a little hole so you can see the juul indicator light. It's got a nice hand feel. But that dang lid cracks at the joints too easily.

Loved it for the first week then the top of the case broke off (really flimsy). Then my juul stopped charging in it all together after week 2. Great concept, could use a better build.

The top that closes brome off within a few weeks of having it but it charges really fast and the connection isn’t terrible sometimes you need to finic with it a tiny but but the battery pack itself charges quite fast and lasts a long time. 1-4 days depending how much you use it and and when i did have the top still on it i liked having the space to put 2 pods

it still works, idk why soo many people are complaining about the hinge, i paid less than $10 for this and it works great, charges my device like 3 times before it's dead. i also have more then 1 device on me at a time so i'm not constantly opening it either. sorry to say that the 1 star reviewers are some cry babies imo. you get what you pay for and for 10 bucks this falls in the 4 star area for me.
