Budget friendly, not perfect.
This is a very budget friendly way to enter the e-mount world from a Canon lens base. This did NOT play with on the A7RIV with the Canon 24-105. Heavy focus breathing and sometimes never finds focus. It worked incredibly well with the Tamron 28-75 despite not being listed on their supported lens list. Yongnuo 50mm and 35mm work also. There is no AF-C in video, but otherwise I’m happy that I found a way to use my Canon lenses as I acquire Sony glass.

Works Great With Sony Emount Camera's
(^_^) Used this with My a6000 and NEX 3T! All My canon glass had full autofocus! The device does what it says it does. You get canon glass on a sony camera, at a fraction of the price! This is a great product. My only gripe is, they put ugly large font branding on top, so it's like a constant plug for them. Its really tacky and in poor taste. Otherwise it's a solid 5 star product.Very satisfied with My purchase! Tine to go take some more pics! Later!☆☆☆☆☆Highly recommend!

the adapter assemble might been the issue
First of all, it works with Tamron 18-400mm Di II VC HLD f3.5-6.3 For Canon and Sony A7iii. This lens is not on the official list and other two prime Canon lens as well. The AF/MF switch on the lens work with a7III too.The big issue happened to me was after take it out for shooting with Tamron lens about 30 hours, it started to loose focus and connection was so bad and turn to unusable. After checking, four screws were loose. Even the lens was still attached the camera, a7III was not able to connect and control to the lens well. I tired these screws, everything comes back to expected. So if something happens unexpected after use it for a while, check the side connect to the lens, make sure the screws there are tired.

Does the job, if you don't mind some softness and no AF
The adapter does exactly what its name suggests; adapts ef mounts to e mount. But it pretty much stops after that. Currently I'm shooting with a Sony a7sII, and I have tried a very large variety of lenses with this adapter. Rokinon cine primes, canon primes and zoom l lenses like the 24-105 f4 and the 70-200mm f2.8. As well as a few ef-s lenses out of curiosity. Images tend to be a bit softer than I'd like them to be, and if you intend on using AF I can say that I personally have not had much luck with the adapter. The camera will focus hunt for a few seconds then ultimately settle on an out of focus image. Despite repeating steps in the instructions included as well as following what may be the only youtube review of this item's instructions I have not had any different results. Probably as a result of this, the adapter is cheaper than the metabones alternative or a speedbooster.

Good Adapter to mount Canon lenses for Photo
Tested this with Sony a7iii and a6000 with canon and sigma lenses with EF mount. All lenses are working fine on both a7iii and a6000. Focus is much faster/seamless on a7iii compared to a6000 may be because of number of focus points are more in a7iii. noticed focusing with sigma lenses on a6000 is little faster with my initial test. noticing minor sound when removing lens from the adapter. as mentioned in the product page, there is no continuous focus for video.if you are looking for photography to mount canon lens on sony this product is recommended. I am happy with the adapter. this is opinion on day1 after receiving and testing product.

Poor quality
The media could not be loaded. After only a month, the small screws have come loose making my Canon lenses useless.Yes. I could screw them back but they’re going to loosen it up again. This was only after three sporting events (using my Canon 70-200 IS) I shot using this crappy adapter.I do not recommend this product.

Did not work for me.
Used between CANON EOS LENSES AND SONY A F7lll camera.. Could not get the Auto focus and Image Stabiliation on my lenses to work, as advertised. Returned it. Perhaps I did something wrong, but the fit wasn't nice and smooth as expected either.

It’s handy
I liked how I can put my canon lenses onto my Sony a6300. Auto focus isn’t extremely fast and in fact it can get annoying sometimes if it’s kinda low light shoots and manual would work better instead. It’s not that big of a deal to me per say but to some that can’t “adapter” well they will get mad about it. But maybe with some updates the focus time will improve. Idk. Anyway cool piece to have in my kit. I like it.
