Love the scent. It reminds me of my hippy days in the 60s. I believe it is patchouli. I read some of the other reviews where people didn't care for the odor. To me, this smells heavenly. If you ever went into a hippy head shop back in the day, you'd smell this incense. It takes me back, calms me and make my heart smile. As for weight loss, it remains to be seen as I just started using it today. I think its about associating this scent with suppressed appetite.... maybe its a mental exercise rather than a physical reaction. I should do a followup review in a month. So far, I like it.

Ok. Just try it. I love it. Whenever I crave something j just toll it on the tip of my nose or upper lip and I am satisfied until ita actually meal time. It keeps cravings at bay and smells great.

It’s almost a ginger scent and something else I can’t place. It’s not assaulting to my nose but it is overwhelming enough that it lessens your cravings a bit. Maybe it being such a strong scent makes you forget you were dreaming of potato chips. I’m hooked!

Noticed the 2nd day of usage that it works. I just rub it under and on each nostril after meals to reduce snacking. I am pleased with this product.

I did want it to work! But it didn’t. I couldn’t even use it as a fragrance I like since I couldnt stand the what seems to be ginger smell in it.
