I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the seller. After receiving the product, I was not satisfied and requested a return. However, the seller refused to take the product back. What shocked me the most was the seller's response. Instead of accepting the return, they suggested that I keep the product, make a drink from it, and consume it, while offering only a 10% refund. I found this response completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I also contacted Amazon for assistance, but unfortunately I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. Customers should not be forced to keep a product they do not want, especially when the seller refuses to honor a reasonable return request. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this seller based on the poor customer service and handling of the issue.

I understand that ants leave their nests during the heat of summer, and I certainly saw this happen; I started noticing them moving in a line from the bathroom to the bedroom and realized I needed to find a way to exterminate them. I looked into various types of traps but ultimately decided to buy Terro T300B Liquid Ant Bait Stations. I was a bit skeptical about whether the product would actually work. After receiving it, I read the instructions and placed three stations in the corners of the bathroom where the ants were marching obediently in single file toward the bedroom. There weren't many, but they were there, challenging me. I placed three more traps in the bedroom near their path. I sat for a few minutes to see if the liquid would actually attract them; they were passing right alongside and over the container holding the liquid, so I decided to leave them there and check back later to see what had happened. I returned that night to check, and voilà, I found a huge number of ants (I have no idea where they all came from) swarming around the small container of liquid bait. Several were sitting motionless, presumably dead, while others were inside the liquid itself. A large number were still marching along, likely carrying the bait back to their nest. As the product description states, it attracts worker ants; they consume the product and carry it back to the colony, effectively eliminating both the visible ants and the hidden populations in the nest for total control. That is exactly what happened: the next day, I had to clean up the ants that had stuck to the wall, but I didn't find any live ones; there was no trace left of those pesky ants. My experience with the ant-eliminating bait system has been 100% satisfactory. It is very easy to use: you open it and place it in corners or along baseboards where the ants are marching in single file. The liquid is high-quality and effective; it attracts and kills them, completely wiping out the hidden nest. It is also long-lasting. I've left it in place for several days and even moved some units to the patio area. I am truly satisfied with the purchase and appreciate the quality of the active ingredients (sodium tetraborate decahydrate/borax at 5.40% and other ingredients at 94.60%) as well as its cost-effectiveness. It worked for me; it is a reliable product that completely exterminates the ant colony. I rate it 5/5.

Oh my gosh this stuff works AMAZINGLY. Background story: We just moved to an older home that we have been remodeling and fixing up the backyard the last month or so. The place was pretty overrun with plants/vines/etc. The previous owner did not maintain any type of pest control so we knew we would have to start that because I found plenty of larger than preferred spiders around... Anyways! After unpacking everything finally and living in the home for a few days, I noticed some ants in our laundry room (which is part of an exterior wall). They kept coming through pretty consistently so I knew I had to do something about it. I hate ants getting inside the home because I never had the right approach to killing them without calling the exterminator (if they could come out anytime soon as well) and that gets so expensive. I saw the reviews for this stuff and people convinced me to get the traps. Well, I can tell you now after putting one down for several hours, it appears the ants totally took the bait and I haven’t seen them appearing in the laundry room since! It freaked me out at first because before the trap was placed, there were about ~10-15 scattered ants I could see, but when you put that trap down, you might see 50+ show up after a few hours. That’s GOOD because it means they got all their worker ants to come grab the bait. I went to bed and woke up and saw no more ants! I’ve been checking back the last two or so days and still have yet to see any! I found another small group of ants coming from under my baseboards in my bedroom and because of the success of the bait in the laundry room, I tried it there too. Several hours later: BOOM. Dozens of ants coming to the bait. The same outcome occurred, after I saw the large colony of ants come take the bait, they all disappear and I don’t see them again. From the time I put the bait down to them coming and then seeing them disappear completely, it’s well within 24 hours! I can’t believe how well they work. You might have to shift where the bait should sit, but so far I 2/2 of getting rid of ants in my home! The nice part is that you get a generous amount of bait stations so I feel really good about if run into more ants, I can get rid of them quickly and easily! HIGHLY recommend buying these! PS. I don’t normally write reviews, but I was compelled to tell my success story with this product!
