Great oatmeal ! For you vegan lovers? What I do is put a 1/2 a cup of oatmeal in a mason jar. I let it sit overnight. ( I use about 1/2 cup of soy milk and mix ) The next morning, I add my ingredients to it for high protein. I use 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds and 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseeds and 1/4 a cup of walnuts and I add blueberries and a few strawberries to it. You might have to add a little more soy milk and mix it up well ! It will get your protein way up there. Doing it this way makes it fresher !

This oatmeal is great I use it to make granola topping for yogurt. Organic is the only way to go and the price is always reasonable.

After seeing the articles revealing the high levels of agricultural chemicals being found in non-organic oats, we went on a search for a product that was organic, easy to find, not overly expensive, and came in a decent-sized package. This is it, and we've been so happy with them that we established it as a subcribe and save item. It has continued to deliver; the oats taste fresh and delicious, and with the subscribe discount aren't that much more expensive than Quaker old-fashioned.
