Ok so the case the tripod & everything else is quality & premium but unfortunately the mic drops sound here & there. Not a complete loss for me because of everything else because I needed something for vloging & the tripod is ergonomically good for holding in your hands.

The media could not be loaded.  So much equipment for a great price. The Microphone comes in a well organized semi-hard shell case. I was very surprised by the noise rejection and sound quality. The sound is not as clear as you would get with some of my broadcast shotgun microphones but what do you expect in this price point with so many accessories? Listen to my soundcheck outside. It was extremely windy and it was overpowering the AGC on the microphone in my cell, so much that my voice is extremely low. When I added the FULAIM, my voice was extremely clear. Being an audiophile I find the microphone to be very highendy with not much bass, but that may just be my ears. The clip that holds the cellphone is extremely well made, it is constructed out of aluminium. All parts fit together well and the cords all work well with either a cellphone or Mirrorless camera although on a Mirrorless camera I chose to use a preamplified shotgun microphone. The Fulaim mic is made out of aluminum and seems pretty rugged. I liked the fact that they included the dead cat to kill wind noise. In all, many Pros to this kit. This mic is easy to use, and comes with a decent carrying case for ease of transport when it's not in use. The few times I used it, it did seem to dona nice job of cutting out any wind noise, although I never did try testing it on a day with a lot of wind - just days with a light breeze that would have interfered with a phone's built-in microphone.The low rating is because, on my last attempt to use it, the cap at the back of the microphone came off (the jack is in the center of this cap), and while the wires did not seem to be damaged, it no longer works at all.For the microphone to seemingly self-disassemble like this is not acceptable.If you do choose to get one of these, you'll want to constantly check andake sure that it's not about to fall apart.

The media could not be loaded.  as a novice to using audio or video equipment, I have found this mic and phone stand really easy to use it fits together with in seconds, the base is a three legged stand that is very sturdy and remains stable, if you wish to record whilst moving the three legs come together to make a sturdy handle to carry.Just above the base is the part that holds your phone this is quick strong and works by you stretching the bracket to fit your phone in a landscape manor. it has a nice rubber silicone finish which will ensure that you do not scratch you phone whilst assembly and disassembly, the holder is perched on a movable pivot which allows you till your phone/recording device in any manor you require.On top of this sits the mic bracket and mic, this screws to the top of the phone bracket but can also be used with certain makes of camera as the connection seems to be of universal nature and a camera is pictured in the instructions. The mic is connected to your phone via jack plug and should be detected automatically. IMPORTANT NOTE: This stand only comes with jack plug connectors so if you have a phone that does not have a jack plug like for example the newer Iphones you will not be able to use the mic but the stand should be fine.You may be able to buy a different connecting cable but i have not looked into thisOverall its a nice bit of easy to assemble kit, I got this to video kids parties and take timed family pictures so everyone can get in, and to use on days out etc.

I am not satisfied with the built in microphone in my phone, because when people are talking at about 10 feet away, the built in microphone starts to pick up ambient noise. So I decided to upgrade to an external microphone which can provide some background noise suppression.When I first tried this FULAIM microphone, I was a little worried about if the phone holder can hold my phone with the case on. It did fit well so I don't have to take off the case from the phone in order to use this microphone. Apparently this is a well designed product, all of the accessories can be stored in a small semi hard shell carrying case. Setup is quick and simple.This microphone worked quite well so far with my Samsung Galaxy 8. The sound clarity was definitely improved compared with the built in microphone. I also like the mini tripod a lot that can be connected to the phone holder. Although I didn't use it as a tripod much because it is too short, it serves as a very sturdy grip extension bar. Feels comfortable in hand, the weight is just right, providing enough grip for me to get a stable video, but not too heavy to make my hand tired over long time. Overall build quality is very good and solid.Usually I won’t use my DSLR for video. But I decided to give it a try with this microphone on my DSLR, the result is great because it did a great job to keep the camera noise away.Overall, this microphone works well on both phone and DSLR camera. It is definitely a good deal.

I would like to say this is a good buy but it has its downsides. Microphone only works on certain devices. I would also like to mention that the material isn’t quality material. To buyers decision.
