I rent a lot of DVDs and BluRays. I like to clean them before putting them into the BluRay player. This is the fourth one of this type of cleaner I have tried. The first three - of three different brands - were junk and broke or stopped working in a few days to a couple weeks.This one, however, although it looks much like the others, has a gear system inside that turns very easily and steadily.I hope (and think) it will far outlast the previous three.

I used this to clean several DVD's that were freezing or skipping and it worked good so far.

My dad is disabled and it works good for him, he likes to watch DVD movies.

Its ok didnt do a lot on my game cd but it help a lil

Bought a couple used Blu-rays that had a few minor scuffs and scratches. After running them through this cleaner I was able to watch them with no errors or skipping.

Pad doesn't touch surface of CD! I fixed mine by lifting the pad off, then putting a few layers of masking tape down into the slot where the pad goes. Then I put the pad back in and now the pad touches the CD.You are much better off getting a 3M microfiber cloth and a bottle of professional CD cleaning spray. Spray CD, then wipe from center of CD outwards with the cloth. Thst works perfectly.
