One reviewer said that he received a 650 watt, 1 speed unit instead of the advertised 1200 watt, 2 speed unit. Could you explain?

We are sorry to hear that you are a little disappointed with your Henry purchase. We apologize for the out of date listing but would like to explain that the difference in what you received is actually an upgrade. Our motor was 1200 watts and the two speeds were to reduce energy consumption not increase power (it was called autosave). Since that time, we have worked to increase energy efficiencies and have been able to launch a much more efficient and energy saving 680 watt motor that performs even better than our older and bigger one. (Same water lift and CFM and recover 20% more soil than the previous version) Since our motor is now incredibly efficient, we no longer need to have an energy saving speed. Similarly, we upgraded the red air turbo brush with a better performing black air turbo (a German supplier and is the same turbo used on high end machines like Miele). I hope this helps explain the difference in what you received from what was listed. We apologize for the listing but are confident you will not be disappointed in the performance of your Henry. Is this the hvx200 machine?

Yes. Mine is the HVX 200-11. I don't know if there has been any update since then. There are different too packages with models. Mine had stainless pipes, dusting brush, upholstery tool with brush, crevice tool, combo floor tool and an Airobrush for carpets.

Does this actually have an American plug?

Our NaceCare vacuums are designed for the North American market, so yes, they have the standard US plug. Thank you.

Does this vacuum come with an Airobrush?

No, the Airobrush is not included with this vacuum. The kit for this vacuum includes the Combo floor tool and the Turbo Brush floor tool.
