I'm a 10 went up one on the size guide and ordered a large and it's a baggy fit as piccy.Soft inside and out not shedding. Negatives the zip feels cheep and the ribbing around the bottom could be a little tighter but not a real problem. Have ordered a couple more in different colours.

What happened?
I ordered one of these in September & it was GREAT- fluffy, thick fabric, cosy etc. I ordered another one in October and it was AWFUL! Tiny, thin, cheap fabric, wonky zip- in fact it wasn't anything like my first purchase.

Fantastic Customer Service
When this item first arrived I was over the moon with the look, texture, warmth and fit (even if a little snugger than expected) however unfortunately there was a fault along the waist band.I contacted the seller who responded promptly and arranged for a new hoodie to be sent to me ASAP with no quibbles.I would certainly use this seller again.

Awful seller. Terrible product
Item was not as described. Sold as a a fleece but is actually a velour material. Tried to return it but instead of a full refund I am only offered 30 percent. If I want a full refund I have to pay the return postage, even though the product is not as described.Poor quality product and definitely not value for money.Terrible customer service.Would not recommend

an unusual design
The product itself is nicely made. HOWEVER. The pockets are on the side seam. So. Not comfy. AND VERY small.........no good for my big hands. More suitable for a slimmer figure with smaller hands

The sizes are bigger than expected .
Ordered a size bigger than usual but it is absolutely huge! I was planning on wearing it during the day for when I watch my brother play football but it is too big to wear in public. However it is lovely to wear for a cosy night in in front on the tele. It’s so warm and the material is lovely! Would defiantly recommend just make sure you get your normal size clothes. I am a size 14 and ordered a L.

U have to buy it
I loved this jumper i have to buy more. Love love love it. Its so soft in ams outside. Perfect for snuggling ul in with compfy joggers. And good for the outside on top as a jacket. Sooo nice
