Never got to test the absorbency or ease of cleaning since the size description was incorrect and it did not fit our Mika Mickey bassinet mattress, so I returned it. It seemed nice and soft and mildly padded, though, so if it had fit, I certainly would have kept it.

There is no way this bassinet mattress cover is 32" long! I don't know how small the other reviewers' bassinets are, but it's barely big enough for a baby doll bed. And it's incredibly thin. Will be returning. :(
