I decided to do an experiment to see if these will help me durring a keto diet. I tested my blood sugar after fasting and it read 101. I took three capsules and waited a minute or so and ate a small oatmeal cookie, an avocado and banana. After 45 minutes, my blood sugar was 124. I’m assuming that this is because the carbs were digested and therefore these unfortunately would not work for me. They don’t have a bad taste or smell, but they do make your stool loose.
