Tow wrist supports were bough to help alleviate nightime pain from carpal tunnel in the long wait for treatment. Worn for the last week they have certainly helped with virtually no incidents during the night when in the past at least 4 nights a week were disturbed by pain and pins/needles. While I would prefer not to wear them they are reasonably comfortable to wear although they can get a little hot on warm nights.

I bought this as symptoms of painful carpal tunnel wake me at night. I bought the left and right so I had both wrists covered. I don't use them every night but they deffinitely help. The other night I woke in pain with numbness and put one on and it helped a lot. I was pleasantly suprised they fit me well too as being a short person I have short, small arms and hands.

At first I thought I had repeat of RSI, but then my partner who is an educational assessor et al suggested CTS and when I investigated it I thought yes. I've got two now as I swim early mornings due to back injuries and I could feel 'that' sensation in my hand. So yes it works. I have had to bend the metal piece back, probably due to driving, which may or may not the the initial cause as I used drive 3-40k for years plus thirty years of PC use. My approach to these matters has always been to work round them, like I have other health hassles to deal with.

First if all it did he with the Terrible pins and needles. But the leatherette covering the metal bar for palm of hand soon started to fray and at £9.99 each hand that's not very good value I've only been wearing it for 9 days

Very poor quality. My wife has been wearing the strap overnight for two months and mentioned how uncomfortable it was around her thumb where the strap rubbed against her skin. After twp months the stitching around the thumb has completely fallen apart as you can see from the photographs. . Returned for a refund.

Diagnosed with Carpol Tunnel, this splint relieved the tingling and numbness in my finger tips. This splint is good when sleeping, i.e. comfortably allowing wrist to breath whilst relieving my carpol symptoms.

I have Carpal Tunnel in both hands, I needed new splints as the velcro had stopped sticking on my expensive pair. I thought the Actesso where great at first, the velcro is much better than my others, they are comfortable and seemed OK, it is only after wearing them for a period of time that I have realised they don't splint the wrist enough. my Carpal Tunnel started waking me again and at first I didn't think but when I swapped back to my other wrist splints it stopped. My others have a splint on the top and bottom, the Actesso don't.

I have only been wearing the splint for a few days but I have noticed some improvement.
