Excellent Product, Outstanding Customer Service
Krypt Watersports is an outstanding company. It’s not easy to find racks for the forward arch tower (at least not here in Canada). The Krypt racks fit the bill and are extremely well made. I recently added a kneeboard to the water toys inventory and ordered a wake surf / kneeboard rack. For my initial wakeboard racks and the new surf / knee rack, on both occasions, a Krypt customer service representative contacted me to ensure that the rack I ordered had the correct mounting hardware for my tower. And finally, for my recent order, an incorrect rack was shipped. No problem. After contacting Krypt, the correct one was sent immediately.
