do these sandals have any comfort for your foot or are they flat footed

I’m not flat footed but after wearing them for a few hours in Mexico, I had a huge blister under the ball of my foot and my feet ached all over. There’s no padding at all.

how to adjust for half size

After reading other's reviews, I decided to go down by a half size. I normally wear an 8 1/2 and purchased an 8. It fits perfectly. In fact, I liked the fit so much, I ordered another pair in a different color. I hope this helps.
